  • ●  Be quarantined either at home, PKRC, or hospital.  

  • ●  Required to answer Home Assessment Tool (HAT) twice daily.  


  • ●  Those under HSO for 7 days may perform a supervised RTK-Antigen test on day 4. If  

tested negative, their HSO may be ended earlier. If tested positive again, they are  

required to complete 7 days of quarantine.  

  • ●  Those who need further assistance due to worsening symptoms during the  

quarantine period, may go to the nearest hospital for treatment.
