Open to individuals of all ages (underage individuals must get their parent(s)/ guardian consent before enrolling or registering). Currently in MySejahtera app, only individuals of 18 years old and above can register;
Members of any volunteer organisations; and
Individuals who do not belong to any volunteer organisations.
