Login issues – The application does not move past loading screen

For Android users, please follow these steps, 


> "Force Stop" your application 

> go to device settings 

> apps & notifications 

> find, MySJ app

> storage & cache 

> clear cache & Storage/Data. 

> restart the app and go to the MySJ profile page 

> refresh your profile and try again


For IOS users, please follow these steps, 


> " Uninstall " your application 

> go to Settings 

> General 

> iPhone storage 

> MySejahtera application 

> Offload App 

> Delete MySJ app

> Go to the apps store and reinstall the MySJ app
