Untie IC/Passport number - tied to my old phone number which I don't have access to (Primary user)

1. Go to the 'MySJ Trace' page 

2. Click 'Verify Now' next to your IC/Passport number 

3. Click 'Confirm' then select 'Help' 

4. Select '1 My IC/Passport number is tied to my old phone number which I don't have access to' 

5. Fill in the Identification Form and click 'Submit'
