Untie IC/Passport number - tied to unknown account (Primary user)

Steps

1. Go to the 'MySJ Trace' page

2. Click 'Verify Now' next to your IC/Passport number

3. Click 'Confirm' then select 'Help'

4. Select '3 My IC/Passport is possibly tied to an account I am unaware off'

5. Fill in the form and click 'Submit'
