If I am late for my appointment session, what should I do?

If you are expected to be late, you can inform the health facility in advance or cancel and reschedule your appointment. The health facility is authorized to reject clients who are late or do not comply to the appointment slot on time.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment slot time to ensure a smooth process.
