The “TB Case” card is a care plan for TB patients in which there are a few functions within the card/module such as:
I. Self assessment.
II. Declaration: Tibi contact, medical history and family history.
III. Infographics.
IV. Common FAQs.
V. Clinic appointment card/Video Observed Treatment (VOT) if you have been allocated an appointment by the clinic/hospital.
