1. Go to the 'COVID 19' page
2. Click 'Help' button on the top right of your 'COVID-19 Risk Status' widget
3. Choose '3 I would like to report a problem other than the one above related to my Risk Status'
4. Choose the title "My risk status wrongly change to the confirmed case'
5. Submit your answer
