COVID-19 risk status still showing PUS/Confirm case (Primary User)

1. Click on 'Profile' 

2. Click 'Help' at the top left corner of your HSO card 

3. Select '2 My Home Isolation or Surveillance Order is completed but my risk not converted to low risk' 

4. Submit your answer
