HSO card - Incorrect quarantine date (Dependent)

1. Click on 'Profile' 

2. Scroll down and click on your dependent's name 

3. Click 'Help' at the top left corner of your dependent's HSO card 

4. Select '4 My quarantine date is incorrect or my date of arrival has been delayed' 

5. Submit your answer
