HSO card - finish quarantine but HSO not stamped as Completed (Dependent)

1. Click on 'Profile' 

2. Scroll down and click on your dependent's name 

3. Click 'Help' at the top left corner of your dependent's HSO card 

4. Select '1 My quarantine period is completed but my Home Isolation or Surveillance Order is not stamped as Completed' 

5. Submit your answer
