If you wish to change your MySJ ID (phone number or email address), please contact us via this link and include a copy of your identification card (IC) or passport for verification and confirmation purposes so that we can delete your old MySJ ID (phone number or email address).


Please note that all health/vaccination records recorded under the old account will be transferred to the new account once personal details have been verified.
