1. Open your MySejahtera application
2. Click on the MySejahtera icon at the bottom
3. Click on the " HELPDESK " icon on the top
4. Once directed to the support page, please look through the knowledge base to see if you could get a solution for your inquiry.
5. If you still aren't able to find the best solution, click on the + sign as shown below to create a ticket
6. Fill in the form and click on submit
7. Once completed, you will receive an email with the ticket number
8. Kindly wait till you get a responds from our support representative
