There are a few channels that you can contact MySejahtera Helpdesk. MySejahtera Helpdesk committed to attend to your inquiries within 24 hours.
1. MySejahtera apps
- If you are logged into your MySejahtera apps, click at "More".
- Once you click more, select "Helpdesk".
- You will be directed to submit a ticket page as below. Fill up the information and click submit. Our team will be looking into your ticket within 24 hours.
- If you are at the login page, click at the "Help" button on the top right of the page and it will bring you to the submit a ticket page.
2. Email
- Write to us via email to helpdesk@mysejahtera.org.
- Please elaborate your issue in details.
- Include information such as your MySJ ID, contact number and your IC/passport number.
- Attached any relevant documents or screenshot.
3. Socia Media
Visit our Facebook and X page via:
- https://www.facebook.com/RAKYATMalaysiaSejahtera
- https://twitter.com/my_sejahtera
- You can submit your inquiries or complaint via "Direct Message" function.
Notes: Upon submitting a ticket, you will be receiving reference number via email.
We encourage users to monitor your email for our response and perform any necessary steps as advised by our support.
MySejahtera Helpdesk do not have any phone support.
